Phase 1- Leadership Concepts

Phase 1 (4 weeks) introduces various leadership concepts that consist of leadership videos as pre-work, and live learning. You will take the mini FEBI assessment to evaluate your strengths and weakness as a leader, which we'll reflect back on throughout the program. Project #1 you will create a presentation around how in your current role, you can create a positive impact on the Apex culture right away.
